ORELA INTERNET REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

In order to register on the Internet, all of the following must be true:

• You must be able to pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard only) or a debit or check card that carries the VISA or MasterCard logo and that can be used without the entry of a personal identification number (PIN). Bank cards without the VISA or MasterCard logo cannot be accepted.
• You must have a valid e-mail address.
• You must supply your U.S. social security number. If you do not have a U.S. social security number, please call (916) 928-4017 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• You must use a compatible browser (Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0, Firefox® 1.5, or higher).
• You must read and agree to the Rules of Test Participation. Submission of your Internet registration will indicate that you have read and agree to abide by each of the Rules of Test Participation, as well as all instructions, policies, and other terms and conditions contained in the 2009–2010 ORELA Registration Bulletin.
• You must complete each Internet registration page within 20 minutes. If you do not, your session will expire and any information previously entered will be lost.
