TEST SELECTION
The Administrator, English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), and Multiple Subjects Examination subtests are conducted in an afternoon test session that is four hours in length. This test session has a reporting time of 1:30 p.m. and ends at approximately 6:00 p.m.
The Protecting Student and Civil Rights in the Educational Environment Examination is conducted in an afternoon test session that is two hours in length. This test session has a reporting time of 1:30 p.m. and ends at approximately 4:00 p.m.
At a single test administration, candidates may take either
- one or two subtests of the Administrator, ESOL, or Multiple Subjects Examination
- the Protecting Student and Civil Rights in the Educational Environment Examination.
or
Candidates who are concerned about completing two subtests within one test session may register to take each subtest on a different test date.

Multiple Subjects Examination candidates. Refer to the guidelines in "Who Is Required to Take the Tests?" to determine which subtests you are eligible to take. During registration, make your selections carefully. In all instances, it is the responsibility of the examinee to register for the correct subtests. Requests for refunds received after the late registration deadline for a given test date will not be honored. If you are not sure which subtests to register for, contact the TSPC.
