* Emergency registration test area

The test areas in the table above are listed according to a general area and are not necessarily within the actual city limits. Register as early as possible to increase your chances of being assigned to a test site within your first-choice area. When registering by mail, be sure to select a second-choice test area in case space is not available at a test site within your first-choice area.

The name and address of your site assignment will be listed on your admission ticket.

Out-of-State Test Areas (April only)

For the April test date only, the ORELA will be offered at the following four out-of-state test areas, subject to the requirement that there is a minimum number of candidates per area. Because of space limitations at some of the out-of-state areas, candidates are encouraged to register early.

During the late registration period, you may be able to register for an out-of-state test area, subject to space availability. Emergency registration is not available for out-of-state test areas.
