WHAT TO BRING TO THE TEST SITE

You MUST bring the following with you to the test site:

Your admission ticket

Several sharpened No. 2 pencils with erasers (no pens); pencils will not be supplied at the test site

Proper identification as described in "Identification Policy" below

See "Test Site Rules" for information about what is not allowed at the test site.

If you do not have proper identification or your admission ticket, please report directly to the Information Table at the test site. You may be required to complete additional paperwork, which may reduce your available testing time.

Identification Policy

You must bring to the test administration a current, government-issued identification printed in English, in the name in which you registered, bearing your photograph and signature. Copies will not be accepted.

Acceptable forms of government-issued identification include photo-bearing driver's licenses and passports. The Department of Motor Vehicles provides acceptable photo-bearing identification cards for individuals who do not have a driver's license.

Unacceptable forms of government-issued identification include student and employee identification cards, social security cards, draft classification cards, and credit cards. If you have any questions regarding acceptable photographic identification, call (916) 928-4017 before the test date.

If the name on your identification differs from the name in which you are registered, you must bring official verification of the change (e.g., marriage certificate, court order).

If you do not have proper identification as described above, you must report directly to the Information Table at your test site; complete a personal identification information form, which includes providing a thumbprint; and certify, under penalty of perjury, that you are the person you purport to be. Your official score report will not be released unless you present proper identification no later than 14 calendar days after the test date. In addition, you will not be able to access your unofficial scores online. Instructions for providing proper identification after the test date will be provided at the test site. If you do not provide documentation of your identification within 14 calendar days after the test date, your score will be permanently voided and will not be reported to you, to the TSPC, or to any institution.
